Get into the game

Connecting to Zyphia takes about 30 seconds. Here's everything you need.

    Open Minecraft: Java Edition

    Make sure you're on a supported version (1.21.11 and up). Older versions may work but aren't officially supported.

    Click Multiplayer → Add Server

    Set the name to anything you like. Set the server address to play.zyphiapvp.com.

    Join the server

    Hit Done, then double-click Zyphia in your server list to connect. That's it, you're in.

Optional

Set up proximity voice

Proximity voice chat runs across the whole Zyphia network. It is Java Edition only, like the server itself. You can play without it, but you won't hear anyone.

  • Install the Simple Voice Chat mod for your version of Minecraft, 1.21.11 or newer. It runs on Fabric, NeoForge, Forge and Quilt.
  • Join the server and press V to open the voice chat menu.
  • Hit Settings, pick your microphone, then use the test option to hear yourself back.
  • Anyone near you in-game can now hear you, and you can turn any player down from the same settings.
